The successful applicant would be working alongside new graduates to assist in the teaching of clinical skills, supervising and evaluating their progress throughout the RCVS Veterinary Development Graduate Program, whilst also being involved in the day to day veterinary rota within the practice. Although the role will be predominantly coaching new team members and graduates, dependant on the time of the year you will still have a varied clinical case load and regular opportunity to perform surgery.

They are quite flexible with regards to rotas, all their vets work different hours however, their ideal candidate would work four 9-hour days and one in three or four Saturdays. There is no OOH work with this role, Vets Now cover this. The centre facilities include digital radiography, dental x-ray, ultrasonography, endoscope, multiparameter, laser, and more.

They have ten Veterinary Surgeons, nine Registered Veterinary Nurses, one Student Veterinary Nurse, two Auxiliary Nurses, and an excellent Reception Team. They also have a supportive admin team who takes care of financial matters including insurance. The practice puts quality above quantity, this is to make sure their patients get excellent care and to make sure staff have a nice working environment.
