Job Details: Our client is looking for a full or part time small animal Veterinary Surgeon to join their team in Dundee. They are a general first opinion practice and the role would involve a mixture of medical and surgical cases. The caseload can be tailored to your individual interests and skills. Typical caseloads include general soft tissue surgery such as routine neutering, lump removals, diagnostic imaging and dentistry

The practice has an experienced team of vets and nurses. They have recently moved into a large modern building. The practice is well equipped with surgical and diagnostic tools and they carry out as much work as they can in-house. CPD is funded and a fee-earning certificate would be encouraged if desired. They are located in the centre of up and coming Dundee, with good shopping, restaurants and nightlife, a blossoming cultural scene as well as plenty of access to Scotland's great outdoors.

The successful candidate will have experience in a clinical setting and be comfortable to carry out routine consultations, investigations and surgery without supervision. They can also consider newly qualified vets as full support can be given. A friendly approach to clients and the ability to work well as part of a team is essential.
