Job Details: Our client is looking for a passionate, forward thinking Veterinary surgeon looking to work Saturdays in a progressive practice. The new team member must be experienced, enthusiastic; self-motivated, willing and able to work sole charge and have good general surgical and medical skills. 
The role is working Saturdays only between the hours of 10am-5pm.

They have a growing client base, with a mix of young, healthy pets requiring preventative health care, but also a growing number of interesting medical cases. They have a visiting orthopedic surgeon. The patient base is dogs, cats and small animals (primarily rabbits and guinea pigs).
The passion is to provide healthcare with low stress methods, and they are keen to educate their customers and enable them to take an active part and understanding in their pets’ wellbeing. Everyone here is keen to make sure all their customers and their pets receive compassionate and caring service, tailored to their needs.
They are proud to hold Silver Standard Cat accreditation, Silver Rabbit Friendly, 3 Outstanding PSS accreditations by the RCVS, paired with a SOP-mad practice owner who loves check lists and tick boxes. They even have an SOP Bible!
The wonderful team consists of soon only 4 vets, 3 RVNs, 1 SVNs, 4CCAs and 1 ANA. The practice is lovely and sunny up on a mezzanine, with external windows. They have digital and dental X-ray, ultrasound, blood pressure monitoring, scenography, in-house lab, advanced airway management systems for rabbits and cats, plus separate wards for dogs, cats and exotics. The cat ward is state of the art low stress accommodation.
