Job Details: Our client is looking for a veterinary surgeon to join their team. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon at their well-equipped first opinion, referral small animal and exotic Veterinary practice. The successful candidate will be working alongside their friendly team of qualified Vets, nurses, and animal care assistants to provide a high standard of care for their clients and hospital patients. The Vets see an exciting and varied exotics caseload and have the opportunity to continually develop their skills through an excellent CPD programme.

This is a full-time position (40-hour week) with weekends on a 1:4 rota basis and no OOH. However, part time applications will also be considered alongside flexible working arrangements should they be needed. The role would ideally be suitable for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon in exotics or small animals looking for a new challenge in a supportive environment. 


Established over 10 years ago, this Vet Centre is renowned for its reputation in exotic medicine and opportunities to join this friendly team are rare, so if you are interested in this rewarding role and working with a well-established business apply now! They have a varied exotics caseload and work within a recently refurbished practice. The CD is an Advanced Practitioner in Zoological Medicine. They are well equipped with x-ray, ultrasound, dental, in house and idexx lab.


They are looking for a Vet with exotics and small animal experience. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, be an effective team player, and have an organised and systematic approach when making decisions to be able to carry out the role efficiently. You will also maintain membership of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons.
