Job Details: Our client is looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join their team here at a veterinary hospital. With the clinical freedom to follow and work up cases to a high standard, and be involved in delivering a first-class surgical and medical service, their vets experience a wide and varied caseload.

Rota: 40hrs per week, over 4 days and some weekend work. Any OOH will only be for in-patients.

The purpose-built premises are set in 8.5 acres surrounded by beautiful, rural countryside. They have extensive hospital facilities including CT, endoscopy, dental x-rays, ultrasound and MRI. They are progressive and provide exceptional client care with an emphasis on case continuity. The team of 8 vets, including certificate holders in orthopaedics, cardiology, surgery, medicine and dentistry, ensure that, through their clinical skills and knowledge, they continue to provide excellent veterinary care across a wide range of cases. 

In addition to being supported by a skilled and motivated nursing team, their vets are able to work alongside leading surgical and clinical specialists through their teaching & clinical association with the University of Nottingham Vet School. The vets are team players, enthusiastic and effective communicators, committed to providing gold-standard veterinary care.

They are looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon, an interest in surgery would be advantageous.
A team player with effective communication skills and a commitment to delivering the highest standards of client care. Excellent clinical, diagnostic and medical management skills. Enthusiastic and motivated to add to their reputation.
