Your shifts will be 40 hours per week across 4 days, working between 9 am - 7pm, however they can be flexible with this for the right candidate. You will be required to work 1:4 weekends with Saturday morning surgery and weekend inpatient care between 9 am - 2 pm. No out of hours work.

Secondly, they are looking for a part-time veterinary surgeon for a non-clinic role, duties will include local canine charity visits and handling and treating dogs of all breeds and behaviours. This role offers very social hours, with 9 hours work per week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings, with no out of hours. This would be ideal for someone looking to fit a role around school drop off and pick up!

They have a purpose-built surgery, in a picturesque market town  in Norfolk, which  has excellent transport links and is a lively bustling town. They are only a short drive away from the beautiful countryside and coast. They have excellent facilities including a digital x-ray, ultrasound and full Idexx in-house lab.

They are a team of 4 vets, 6 nurses and 5 support staff. Three of the vets have 10 years of experience and share interests in diagnostic imaging, cardiac imaging and internal medicine with plans to venture into orthopaedics. Internal referral features on a weekly basis. The whole team is supportive, regularly sharing guidance and experience on both a clinical and a personal basis.
