Job Details: Our client is looking for a veterinary surgeon to join their team. They are a busy first opinion 3 practice group requiring an enthusiastic new team member to join their team. They offer a high level of service to their clients including full medical workups, soft tissue and orthopaedic surgeries.

The full time vets work a 40 hour week over 4 days, between the hours of 8.30am and 6.30pm plus 1 in 5 Saturdays however, they are very flexible and happy to discuss other shift patterns whether that be Full or part time for the right candidate.

Please also note there is no out of hours work required. The salary for this role is up to £65,000 for non-certificate holders DOE (pro rata for part time) and up to £75,000 for certificate holders DOE (pro rata for full time). There is also a bonus scheme available for the right candidate.

The main premises were purpose built in 2017 and provide a well-designed spacious and functional working environment with 4 air-conditioned consult rooms. They have large air-conditioned operating suite, X-ray and hydrotherapy suites, separate cat and dog wards, a huge prep-room plus a separate pharmacy. They have a comprehensive range of toys including their own In house lab (including Idexx Lasercyte Catalyst & Sedivue; Imagyst AI cytology reader) DR digital X-ray, dental X-ray, Doppler ultrasound, multiparameter anaesthetic monitors plus an extensive range of soft tissue and orthopaedic equipment. Upstairs they have a large staff room complete with sofa and nespresso machine, CD and PM offices, store, laboratory, isolation and laundry rooms.

The staff include highly experienced and enthusiastic RVN’s, SVN’s and ANS’s, dedicated receptionists plus their lovely hardworking dedicated Practice Manager who handles rota’s, H & S, payroll etc.
