Job Details: Due to an ever-growing fabulous caseload, our client are looking for somebody fun, compassionate and professional with a desire to work towards high standards to join their team!

This is a very busy practice, but the team work so well together with a varied surgery list. They have two multiparameter machines, blood pressure monitoring, baer hugger, fluid warmers, and fluid pumps and dental CR X-ray machine. Weight, Senior Pet & Mobility Clinics are available here! They have a strong team ethos at this practice and they encourage their nurses to progress in areas of interest.

The team is made up of 4 Vets, 7 RVNs & 2 VCAs. The Clinical Director has an Advanced Practitioner Certificate in Small Animal Medicine with another team member currently working towards theirs.

This is a full time role working 37.5 hours over 5 days a week. Fair share of Saturdays with time back in lieu for these hours. There are no OOHs.

Skills and Requirements: Our client are looking for a passionate, hard-working, and motivated person to assist in both consults and surgeries. The role is varied and will include providing high quality clinical care to all pets and an outstanding client experience, helping to create and maintain an efficient and productive clinic. The successful person will also uphold and adhere to the practice principles both within the clinic and when representing externally at all times. 

They are looking for a highly motivated Veterinary Nurse who can thrive in this high quality practice. Previous experience ideally in a small animal practice setting, must be RCVS registered. The ideal person must have strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team and have a passion to deliver great clinical quality and fantastic client service. You must have the desire and passion to care for pets as if they were your own.
