Job Details: Our client have an excellent opportunity for a Veterinary Nurse to join their fantastic team in Oxfordshire.  If you are a dedicated RVN who wants to join a practice that put their patients at the heart of everything they do, this role is perfect for you. You would be working alongside 12 experienced and professional nurses, as part of a fast-growing practice that strives to deliver excellence in customer service as well as gold standard veterinary care. Their vets rely implicitly on their nurses to support them, often asking them to draw blood, take x-rays, and much more. You will work 40 hours across 4 days per week, with 1:5/1:6 weekends, sharing operating, consulting, and inpatient duties. Out-of-hours care is provided by their own out-of-hours service where their dedicated night nurses and on-call vets look after their patients around the clock throughout the night. They have purpose-built facilities, including Digital x-ray, Idexx diagnostic machines, dental suite, and modern anesthetic monitoring equipment. They have on-site parking available for clients and disabled access to their waiting rooms and consulting areas. The surgery is air-conditioned and they have separate dog and cat areas so that their patient environment remains calm.

The successful RVN will be a dynamic veterinary nurse who wants to make a difference, you will go the extra mile. They are looking for an organised, enthusiastic, motivated individual who will slot into their team from day one. You will strive for excellence and want to pass on the benefit of your knowledge to their other staff members, they will happily support any further study/certificates in your chosen discipline. You will be as comfortable in the consulting room as in the theatre and thrive in both environments.
