Salary: Up to £27,000 DOE
Package: This fantastic package includes;

Job Details: Our client is searching for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their fantastic team in Inverness. You will join the rest of the team working in rotation providing nurse consultations and peri-operative nursing. The consultations include the standard paediatric weigh & worming, post-operative checks, microchipping etc. In addition to the usual appointments, their nurses have the freedom to create and deliver targeted appointments such as: weight management, geriatric cat consults (silver whiskers), behavioural and desensitisation and many more. They have four surgical theatres, and you will be involved in a wide variety of surgeries. For working out of hours you will be compensated with long weekends. Working up to 40 hours per week across 5days (full time basis, part time can be considered) Shifts are between 8am to 8pm Monday to Thursday, 8am to 6pm Friday and 8am to 4pm on a Saturday, OOH once a week or once a fortnight, 1:9 weekends on call. They have 14 vets, 12 nurses, 3 VCAs.
They have lots of great equipment including multiparameter for all surgery, ADE, Doppler, clean and dirty ops theatres, separate dog, cat and isolation kennels plus much more and most recently a top of the range digital Xray. Inverness is a great place to live whether its shopping, a walk in the woods or a peaceful walk down the canal. The airport here has great connections to the rest of the UK and a few places in Europe. If the outdoor lifestyle is for you, then you would be hard pushed to live in a better place in Scotland, hillwalking, cycling, wild swimming, water sports are abundant here, and within easy reach.
