Job Details:  Our client are looking for an enthusiastic proactive Registered Veterinary Nurse to join them at their clinic in Worcestershire. This role may suit a more experienced Veterinary Nurse who is comfortable taking a lead role in the day to day running and development of the culture and structure of the clinic. Monday-Friday (number of days depending on candidate F/T or P/T role available) No weekends, 1 bank holiday per year. No OOH
Duties for this role include but are not limited to:
  • Nurse clinics
  • Lab work
  • Varied kennel requirements
  • Varied theatre requirements
  • Maintaining stock levels
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the practice
They are a friendly & compassionate group. They provide a 24/7 out of hours service for the local area. They have a happy, forward-thinking team of Veterinary Surgeons, Veterinary Nurses, and support team as well as state-of-the-art facilities. Their facilities include sterile operating theatres, separate dog/cat kennels, digital x-ray, digital ICU, and isolation facilities, ultrasound and endoscopy equipment. The team consists of 1 Veterinary Surgeon, 1 Veterinary Nurse, 1 Animal Nursing Assistant and 1 receptionist, who are a very fun, friendly team to work with. Their Veterinary Nurses are used to their full capacity during the working day and are encouraged to specialise in their chosen areas with a generous CPD allowance.
Their ideal candidate must be a Registered Veterinary Nurse with the RCVS. Experience and confidence are required in order to take a lead role in the day to day running of their clinic.
