Salary:  $480,000 - $600,000 (HKD) Depending on Experience

Job Details: The practice is situated 21mins North West of Chai Wan, Hong Kong Island. 

An exciting opportunity has become available on Hong Kong Island. They are seeking a qualified Vet Nurse to take on the role of Head Nurse / Clinical Manager of their 24 hour hospital. Details of the role:

The Head Nurse / Clinical Manager is the most senior Vet Nurse within the group and will provide direction and support for the vet nurse teams within the hospital.

Your focus will be to work with the nursing teams to set and maintain clinical standards through training, performance management, professional development, motivation and team building. The Head Nurse / Clinical Manager role will work closely with the Veterinary Operations Director to implement policy that will allow them to achieve their company vision and support their team mates to achieve their full potential.

This role will suit a Vet Nurse with at least 5 years previous management experience. You should have a passion for leading and motivating teams and experience in setting and achieving KPIs to support business growth. If you are passionate about leadership and want to see how far you can grow as a manager, with mentoring and training to help you achieve your full potential, this could be the position for you.
