Based on this pattern you would only be working 122 days per year with a salary range in region of £365 - £380.00 per night worked. This is based on a 13-hour night shift so will work out at 30.3 hours per week worked over a year period. Leaving you time in life to do the things you enjoy most. The client can also look at options of 7 on 7 off plus 6.6 weeks holiday at the higher end pay bracket for the right candidate.
