Job Details: This practice is seeking an Experienced or exceptional Graduate Vet, to work full time hours - 38 - 42 hours per week. This clinic is family owned and offers a welcoming and nurturing environment, meaning you will have the opportunity to really grow in this role. It is based very close to Sydney's CBD - approx a 15 minute drive. They refer very little and have contracted surgeons who perform TTOs, MPLs and other orthopaedics - meaning there is an incredible opportunity to learn these orthopaedic skills. They have a unique partnership with the top human specialists in the areas of gastroenterology, radiation oncology, surgery and anaesthesia to name a few, the collaboration with whom is intellectually stimulating and fun! The clinic offers ultrasound, CT, digital x-ray and all the latest technology including Ligasure and Cayman surgical handpieces supported by a remarkable, well trained, team of nurses. The nurses perform many clinical duties freeing up time for the Doctors to do what they really love – the nurses place IV cannulas, run bloods etc and the ratio of nurses:doctors is always high to ensure you have all the support you need. The strong commitment of the practice to laparoscopic desexing and minimally invasive surgery means you may never have to do a fat lab in heat spay again! There is plenty of parking and close to transport makes it easy to get to work. Great schools are located near both clinics, so this role would also be convenient for mothers and fathers returning to work with children.
