The role is at their RCVS accredited small animal hospital based in lovely North Leeds. They are well equipped with CT, digital x-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy, laparoscopy, multiparameter monitoring, ventilator and separate species wards. They have staff on site 24 hours a day and provide an emergency service for their own clients and those of their local member practices including their 2 branch practices. The main strength is their amazing team of highly qualified and skilled individuals. They have certificate holders in surgery, medicine, ECC and exotics and they pride themselves on delivering an outstanding level of patient care and customer service. They have an open dialogue about mental health and all work to contribute towards a lovely and supportive workplace. They are a large, but close-knit team. They have certificate holders in surgery, medicine, ECC and exotics and see a mix of first opinion and referral work at their hospital. This provides a really interesting and diverse caseload. They are looking for someone who thrives on working within a team - they love discussing cases and working collaboratively. As Covid restrictions lift they have enjoyed seeing each other outside of work. They recently had a summer BBQ and some of the team took part in a charity dragon boat race.Applicant Requirements. The ideal applicant must be a qualified vet eligible to work in the UK.
