Job Details: We are seeking a Full-Time Vet Director for a great clinic on the South East coast of QLD, and with the Great Barrier Reef just off its shores it offers a beachside city lifestyle. This clinic is fully equipped with separate dog and cat wards, surgery theatre, 5 consult rooms and imaging room. You can expect the clinical freedom to lead your team the way you see fit, with endless opportunities for continuing education, scholarships for memberships, Visa and relocation assistance where required, mental health first aid courses provided and an invitation to our Vets Symposium.

About the role: Suited to a vet with 3+ years’ experience, this role is responsible for the standards of care across the clinic, mentoring and coaching veterinarians and delivering exceptional client care. This role is perfect for someone flexible in their working style and able to work across both our Bundaberg and Barolin teams.

Skills & Experience: 

  • Must be registered or be eligible for veterinary registration in Australia 
  • Passionate Vet with 3 years’ experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Flexible and adaptable approach
  • Committed to gold standards of care and professional development
