Salary: Competitive, Depending on Experience

Job Details: If you are passionate about providing outstanding patient and client care, value working as part of a friendly and supportive team and are eager to learn and grow then we may just have the job for you! This practices nursing team have a full and varied day which would include running nurse clinics, providing inpatient care, lab work, radiography simple dentals and theatre cover. This is a full time position working 5 days per week plus 1 in 4 Saturdays. No OOH.

The practice is busy with a varied case load and treat lots of interesting exotics. The practice is very well equipped with digital x-ray, endoscopy, ultrasound and full Idexx lab. It is in a great location on the riverside with a lovely park opposite the practice and there are good transport links to surrounding areas.

The clinical team consists of 2 Vets, one of whom is a very experienced exotics vet. 2 RVN's, 1 SVN and an ANA. They are supported by a Receptionist and a Practice Manager. They work as a great team, value input from everyone and encourage ongoing development.

Skills and Requirements: An experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse would be ideal but they are happy to consider a newly qualified nurse or someone returning from a career break. What is more important is that you share the same values and work ethic. A clinical coach qualification or the willingness to achieve this would be desirable. Ideally, you will have an interest in exotics and some experience nursing exotics cases. They would also be happy to support learning in this field if required.
